Account data: for the lifetime of your account, plus 24 months after account closure
Transaction and invoice records: 7 years for tax and accounting compliance

Analytics logs: up to 26 months, then anonymised/aggregated
Data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed for the purposes above or required by law.
