60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Genesis Outdoor Advertisements, the operator of DigitalPages, offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. To request a refund:

• Visit the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, and submit a refund request, or
• Email our support team at support@digitalpages.io and we will process your request with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew.

Exceptions

Refund requests submitted after the 60-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Paddle and Genesis Outdoor Advertisements.
