1. Parties & Acceptance

DigitalPages (the "Service") is operated by Genesis Outdoor Advertisements ("we", "us", the "Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Services Provided

The Company provides a platform for registering and displaying businesses, including SEO-optimized business pages, customer communication tools, analytics, and a review system.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles refunds, returns, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

  • Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time; your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and remain responsible for activity under your account
  • Do not publish unlawful, infringing, or offensive content
  • Do not misuse the Service (no fraud, spam, IP infringement, security interference, automated scraping)

5. Intellectual Property

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its underlying IP. You retain ownership of content you publish, and grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display it within the Service.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends and we may delete account data subject to our retention policy.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Amman.
